Combilift is a company that was initially founded by engineers Martin McVicar and Robert Moffett. They had over 40 years of engineering experience between them when they initially established the company in the year 1998 within Monaghan, Ireland. In just over ten years, Combilift became a leader in the long handling market all around the world, delivering equipment to over 50 markets worldwide. Supported by a trusted international network of distributors which have helped expand distribution into many markets all around the world and using their extensive experience and knowledge, Moffett and McVicar have built products that had sold 10,000 models by mid 2009 and are in high demand.

C-Series Combilifts come in an assortment of mast options. Lift heights up to nine meters and lift capacities up to 25,000 kilograms are available. Engines are available in diesel, electric or battery and LPG or gas and the C-Series Combilifts can operate in 210 centimetres wide guided aisles.
The Combilift Straddle Carriers could transport fully loaded containers which can weigh up to 35 tons. These loads could be transported all around a facility or work site and the Combilift Straddle Carrier could lift fully loaded containers where needed, whether it be from trailer to trailer, from the trailer to the ground or from the ground to the trailer.
